Some may say the ?Party in the USA? gal is following in the footsteps of Britney Spears- going from innocent, young teen to sexy dance party, ready for womanhood.
The song ?Who Owns My Heart? is Miley?s single from her lastest album, ?Can?t Be Tamed,? which is all about girls empowering themselves.
She told MTV News, "It's just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back. And I think that's really important, especially for girls, because so many people are told, 'No, you can't do something,' or, 'You need to be this because Mom and Dad say that, teachers say this.' "
